Newly wed denied nationaity, leaves for Pakistan

Siddharth Nagar, July 14 (UNI) A Pakistani girl, who married a youth of this district, will be forced to leave the country after being denied Indian nationality and expiry of visa due on July 19.

On June 15, the 21-year-old Kanval Jiya of Lahore married Shamshad, a resident of Viskohar town.

Jiya's marriage certificate was not issued on time by the Additional District Magistrate court, following which she was denied Indian nationality and extension of visa.

She will leave for Pakistan on Monday.
