Case of fraud filed against 6 in Kheda

Nadiad, Jul 14 (UNI) Dakor Nagrik Sahakari Bank today filed a FIR at a police station here against six persons for fraud.

The Complaint has been registered against Kanubhai M Shah, his son Hardik K Shah, Dharmesh R Desai, Mahesh S Shah and the two guarantors Manish K Desai and Mahesh K Shah.

Kanubhai had taken a loan of Rs 1.33 lakhs on September 11, 2001 for purchasing a mixture-cum-hoist machine. With loan amount of Rs 3.66 lakh still outstanding, he sold the machine without informing the bank.

Meanwhile, Hardik, Dharmesh and Mahesh took a loan of Rs 1.05 lakh to buy 325 senting plates. The three also sold the plates without informing the bank.

The bank manager Pradeep V Shah filed the complaint against the four plus the two guarantors. The complaint said the money involved in both the case is Rs 4.69 lakhs.

Police registered the complaint under IPC 420, 406, 418 and 114.
