BJP to return to power at Centre after general election'09:Rajnath
Muzaffarpur, Jul 14 (UNI) BJP president Rajnath Singh today exuded confidence that his party would return to power at the Centre exhorting the party workers to start preparations for the Lok Sabha elections, 2009.
Inaugurating the meeting of the state executive committee here, Mr Singh said the UPA had failed to fulfill the aspirations of people during its regime.
He further said the UPA were now looking towards the BJP, which is set to return to the power with thumping majority at the Centre in next parliamentary elections.
Mr Singh said BJP was in power on its own in five states while it was in ruling alliance in five other states and the party would be in power in 12 states following assembly elections scheduled in several states, during the days ahead.
''Image of any political party is judged by the conduct of its leaders and workers while the BJP had proved itself as the 'party with a difference' by adopting clear vision and ideology'', he maintained.
In an oblique reference to discontentment among some legislators of his party in Bihar, Mr Singh said no one should air their grievances in public and those found indulged in such activities, would face the disciplinary action.
