Temple watchman killed, hundi stolen in TN

Thiruvallur, Tamil Nadu, July 13: A watchman of a Siva temple was found murdered and hundi collection stolen at Nyari village in this district late last night.

Police said the body of Palayam (55) was found this morning with knife injuries on head and, hands and legs tied.

The stolen hundi collection is estimated to be Rs 2000.
