'My outburst was not emotional' : Nitish

Asked about the anguish of the MLAs who levelled several allegations at him during yesterdays meeting of NDA legislators, Mr Kumar said they had the right to express their anguish. Mr Kumar, however, evaded queries related to the cabinet expansion, one of the major issues of the MLAs.
Mr Kumar said the people had voted him for a change and their aspirations were his first priority.
