KSL realty posts net profit of Rs 15.21 crore
Mumbai, July 13 (UNI) Real estate developer, KSL Realty and Infrastructure Ltd (KSL), has reported an increase of 61.12 per cent in its net profit at Rs 15.21 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2007 as against net profit of Rs 9.44 crore during the previous corresponding quarter ended June 30, 2006.
The net sales of the company increased by 28 percent at Rs 153.25 crore as against Rs 119.72 crore during the previous corresponding quarter.
The earning per share of the company stands at Rs 1.53 per share at a face value of Rs 4 each.
Saurabh Kumar Tayal, Chairman of the company said, ''We are positive about our approach in becoming the leader in our segment, and would maintain the consistency. We look forward to many more achievements in the near future.
KSL had forayed into real estate as part of its diversification plans.On the real estate front, the company's Empress City project in Nagpur is in an advanced stage of completion. Besides, KSL's 100 per cent subsidiary Reward Real Estate Company Ltd is developing additional 13 properties in various parts of the country.
