Investiture ceremony at NCS

Kochi, Jul 13 (UNI) The Navy Children School (NCS) organised the investiture ceremony of the Head boy, Head girl and different Captains here today.

The Chief Guest Commodore AK Verma, Commodore Superintendent, Naval Ship Repair Yard (Kochi) installed 25 leaders by conferring the sashes and pinning the badges, according to a navy press release.

Cmde Verma exhorted the installed leaders to catapult themselves to higher plains of leadership and empower themselves to pursue excellence with vigour.

Addressing the students after lighting the traditional lamp, Cdr (Retd) PC Mathew, Principal of NCS exhorted the installed leaders to take up challenges, make changes, move people and mobilize public opinion for the cause of the nation.
