Allahabad, July 13 (UNI) Allahabad High Court today asked the Uttar Pradesh (UP) government to file Justice Sidheshwari Commission report in the court by July 27, in the Taj Expressway case.

A division bench comprising Chief Justice H L Gokhale and Justice R K Agrawal asked the UP Additional Advocate General to file the report through a supplementry affidavit.

Additional Advocate General Zafar Naiyer, Devendra Arora and chief standing counsel M C Chaturvedi appeared and argued on behalf of the UP government.

The court passed this order on a writ petition filed by Ashutosh Srivastava, who had argued that the state government had refused to provide the Commission's report due to malafide intention.

The petitioner had alleged that the Commission had proposed prepared report ex parte without having his version.

The petitioner had prayed to stay procedure for allotment of 2.50 crore metre land to the J P Group.

The petitioner had also filed a PIL alleging that a hotel was being constructed in the guise of amusement park and 'Appu ghar' in Noida illegally.

The court also asked the state government to file reply in this case too.
