Haryana lifts ban on transfers
Chandigarh, July 13 (UNI) The Haryana government today lifted ban on transfer of state employees and made ministers competent to effect transfers in their respective departments up to Class-II level.
Stating this, an official spokesman said transfers would be made against vacant posts on mutual basis, and of officials and officers staying for more than three years.
The order would be operative up to August 7, he added.
