Punjab Super Football League from July 15

Chandigarh, July 12 (UNI) The 21st Punjab Super Football League will begin from July 15 at the PSEB Sports Complex Ground in Hoshiarpur.

Punjab Football Association secretary Inder Singh informed that the first match of the league would be played between PSEB Football Club and Punjab Police Football Club on July 15 at 1630 hrs at the PSEB Sports Complex Ground in Hoshiarpur.

Two teams from Punjab Division II Football League have been promoted, bringing the total number of teams to seven.

The League will be held on single leg league (home-and-away) basis. Each team will be playing three home matches and three away matches in the home towns of JCT-Phagwara, BSF-Jalandhar, Punjab Police-Jalandhar, JCT Academy-Phagwara, RCF-Kapurthala, PSEB-Hoshiarpur and Mahilpur Football Club-Mahilpur.

Following are the fixtures: July 15: PSEB vs Punjab Police at PSEB Football Ground, Hoshiarpur.

July 16: JCT Academy vs Mahilpur FC at Guru Nanak College Ground, Phagwara.

July 17: BSF vs RCF at Youth Sports Complex, Rurka.

July 18: JCT vs PSEB at Guru Nanak College Ground, Phagwara.

July 19: Punjab Police vs Mahilpur FC at PAP Ground, Jalandhar.

July 20: RCF vs JCT Academy at RCF Football Stadium, Kapurthala.

July 21: Rest Day.

July 22: Mahilpur FC vs BSF at SGGS Khalsa College, Mahilpur.

July 23: Punjab Police vs JCT at PAP Ground, Jalandhar.

July 24: PSEB vs RCF at PSEB Football Ground, Hoshiarpur.

July 25: JCT Academy vs BSF at Guru Nanak College Ground, Phagwara.

July 26: JCT vs Mahilpur FC at Guru Nanak College Ground, Phagwara.

July 27: Rest Day.
