PPDDC postpones bandh after Dorjee's assurance
Itanagar, July 12 (UNI) The Papum Pare Delimitation Demand Committee (PPDDC) today postponed the 12-hour bandh in the state capital, following Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Dorjee Khandu's assurance.
Yesterday Mr Dorjee had assured the PPDDC delegation led by its chairman Techi Necha that he will fulfil their demands.
State Public Works Department&Urban Development minister Nabam Tuki was also present during the meeting.
Meanwhile, the team would be leaving for New Delhi on July 14 next to take up its issue with the commission.
