HC permits Govt to occupy Resort
Kochi, July 12 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today permitted the State Government to take over the Dhanyasree Resort at Munnar.
Justice S Siri Jagan, however, directed the Government not to demolish the Resort and granted five days' time to its owners to vacate the building.
The Court passed the order while considering a petition filed by P Dhanya and Sreekumari Kavu, Managing Partners of the building, seeking a declaration that the 'patta' (title deed) granted to them was valid.
