Govt to distribute free mosquito nets in villages hit by malaria
Bangalore, July 12 (UNI) Karnataka Health Minister R Ashok today said that the state government was planning to distribute free mosquito nets to the villages which were facing a recurring of Malaria epidemic.
Replying to a query raised by Mr Jayaprakash Hegde (Ind) in the Legislative Assembly, Mr Ashok said that the government was already on the job of identifying such regions hit by the epidemic.
He said the government has started the scheme of distributing the medicated nets to Shirahatti which has been facing Malaria for years.
