Gold ornaments, cash wroth Rs 60,000 looted in Kolhapur

Kolhapur, July 22 (UNI) An unidentified person broke open a flat, located in the city's new Palace suburb, and robbed gold ornaments and cash worth Rs 60,000 today.

The flat owner, Vachhala Deepak Kamble (38), had locked her flat and gone for shopping, when the robber looted the house and decamped with booty this noon, police sources said.

No arrest has been made in this connection, sources added.
