Flag unfurled upside down over Collectorate

Satna, MP, July 12 (UNI) Congress leaders vociferously protested today in the local Collectorate premises after the Indian Tricolour was allegedly unfurled upside down this morning over the Collectorate building.

''It is an insult to the National Flag and a case should be registered against Colector Manish Rastogi,'' said former Minister Saeed Ahmad.

The wrong unfurling was first noticed by Corporator Kudrat Ullah Baig. Later, several Congress workers gathered and raised slogans.

The unfurling was corrected before Divisional Commissioner S K Ved reached the premises for a plantation programme.
