PNB to issue Tier I perpetual bonds of Rs 250 cr

New Delhi, July 11 (UNI) In view of the good and sound results of going to the market for raising capital, Punjab National Bank today said it will launch the issue of Tier I Perpetual Bonds with a size of Rs 250 crore with green shoe option of Rs 250 crore (private placement) tomorrow.

In respect of the above, the proposed date of opening is tomorrow and will be closing on July 27, 2007, the bank in a statement issued to BSE said.
