Omaxe sets IPO price band at Rs 265-310/sh

New Delhi, July 11: Realty major Omaxe Ltd today said it has fixedthe price band between Rs 265 and Rs 310 per equity share for itsInitial Public Offer (IPO).

The company will offer upto 1,77,96,520 equity shares of Rs 10 each through 100 per cent book building process.

Of the total equity float, up to 1.75 crore equity shares are forthe public, while the balance 2.96 lakh shares are reserved foreligible employees of the company.

In addition, there would be a green shoe option of 17.5 lakhequity shares to be offered via Guild Builders Private Ltd, one of thepromoters.

The issue would constitute 11.20 per cent of the fully dilutedpost-issue paid up capital of the company assuming the green shoeoption is exercised and shall constitute 10.30 per cent of the fullydiluted post-issue paid up capital of the Company if the green shoeoption is not exercised.
