ENC to host Tri-Services Commanders' Annual Conference

Visakhapatnam, July 11 (UNI) The Eastern Naval Command (ENC) will host the Tri-Services Commanders' Annual Conference on July 13.

An ENC release here today said Southern Naval Command Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief Vice-Admiral J S Bedi, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief Lieutenant General Aditya Singh and Southern Air Command Air Marshal Y R Rane will arrive tomorrow to take part in the conference, which would be chaired by ENC Commanding-in-Chief Vice-Admiral R P Suthan.

The conference would be preceded by a working-level meeting of the staff officers of these commands to be chaired by ENC Chief of Staff Rear Admiral A G Thapliyal tomorrow.

The conference provides a platform for the Commanders-in-Chief and their staff to interact face to face with their counterparts from other service commands and discuss operational and administrative issues of common interest, the release added.
