Central Women's Commission team arrives to probe Pooja's case

Rajkot, July 11 (UNI) A four-member Central Women's Commission team arrived here last evening to ascertain facts that compelled Pooja Chauhan to parade semi-nude on the streets.

The team comprises chairperson Malini Bhattacharya, Alka Lamba, law officer Yogesh Mehta and under secretary Nandan Singh.

Today, the team will call upon Pooja and hear her grievances. The team will also meet her in-laws to hear their side of the story.

It will also gather relevant information from the police.
