Spurious medicine kills woman 21 fell ill in Rajouri

Jammu, July 10 (UNI) A woman patient today died and 21 others fell ill after they were administered spurious medicines at the government district hospital Rajouri in Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said.

A woman, identified as Rehmat Bi, died at about 0200 hrs while the lives of other 21 patients were saved by administering anti-allergic medicine later, sources said.

Police have arrested one Staff Nurse and a nursing orderly in this regard while three people have been suspended.
