Railways order probe into molestation charge against RPF DIG
New Delhi, Jul 10 (UNI) The Railways has instituted an inquiry into allegation that Deputy Inspector General of Railway Protection Force (RPF) molested a senior lady IAS officer in a Patna-bound train last night.
The two-member inquiry team would be headed by RPF Inspector General Gopal Gupta and he would be assisted by North Eastern Railway Chief Security Commissioner Jaya Chauhan, official sources told UNI here this evening.
The team was leaving for Patna and had been asked to give its report at the earliest.
It had been alleged that the RPF DIG P J Rawal misbehaved with the woman in an inebriated state on the Sampoorna Kranti Express.
