Monster India introduces Video profile for employers

Chennai, July 10 (UNI) Leading web service provider Monster India today announced the launch of its new video profile service for employers.

Monster video profile was aimed at employers, who were inclined to attract the best talent and it was a tool to position their organisations as the best places to work.

''Monster Video profile is a great opportunity for employers to market themselves in a job market, where demand for talent is outpacing the supply,'' company's Vice President product and technology Vikas Agarwal said in a statement here.

''It is also a good way for employers to showcase their work culture and help them hire people, who will fit their corporate culture,'' he said adding audio-visual presentation of a workplace is much more powerful than the traditional means of communicating through text only.

He said the tool will ultimately help job-seekers understand better about their prospectives employers.
