Lalu defends his kins on allegations of power misuse
Ranchi, Jul 10 (UNI) With controversies following the relatives of Railway Minister misusing power while travelling in trains, Lalu Prasad today strongly defended them negating the allegation.
''None of my relatives have travelled without ticket,'' he told reporters here.
When asked why there were plenty of reports of his relatives misusing his position while travelling in train, Mr Prasad he brushed aside calling them as rumours without any substance.
On July one, his brother-in-law and MP Subhash Yadav had created noisy scene at Patna railway station for the confirmation of his tickets in Rajdhani express.
Prior to that his father-in-law and mother-in-law were also found travelling in a train without tickets.
