HEG plans to hive off steel division to Jai Balaji

New Delhi, July 10: Graphite electrode maker HEG Ltd today said it plans to sell its steel division at Durg, Chhattisgarh to Jai Balaji Industries Ltd.

The company's board would meet on July 18 to consider the sale, it said in a statement.
