Garware Offshore incorporates its subsidiary in Singapore

Mumbai, July 10 (UNI) Garware Offshore Services Limited (GOSL), one of the leading offshore vessel supplying companies, has announced incorporation of cent per cent subsidiary in Singapore in the name of Garware Offshore International Services Pte Ltd.

The company has incorporated its subsidiary in Singapore to explore the potential business opportunities in the international oil and gas space, a company release said here today.

The subsidiary's business area will include in and out chartering of ships to exploration and production (E&P) companies as well as to provide all marine offshore and logistics services internationally, it added.
