Court grants bail to MLA's son and son-in-law

Hyderabad, July 10 (UNI) A local court today granted unconditional bail to both the son and son-in-law of Congress MLA P Janardhan Reddy who were arrested and sent to judicial remand in an attempt to murder case yesterday.

The Nampally Metropolitan Magistrate granted bail to the MLA's son Vishnuvardhan Reddy and his son-in-law Santosh Reddy after filing the bail petition.

They were arrested on charges of attempted murder of Mr Ravindranath Reddy, the younger brother of Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy.

Both were arrested after a complaint was lodged with the police by the brother of the Chief Minister on July 8.

They were released from Chenchalguda jail where they were lodged.
