TRS to organise dharna on Sachar Committee report

Hyderabad, July 8 (UNI) The Telangana Rastra Samithi (TRS) would organise dharnas before all district collectorates in the Telagnana Region on July 10 to exert pressure on the State and Union Governments to implement the Sachar Committee recommendations.

Addressing the press here, the TRS President K Chandrasekhara Rao said it was imperative thatthe recommendations were implemented to uplift the living standards of poor Muslims in the country.

A one-day agitation programme will be organised in the capital on the same day.

He said the TRS would continue its struggle for the uplift of Muslims by implementing the Sachar Committee recommendations.
