Governor condoles death of noted cricketer Dilip Sardesai

Panaji, Jul 8 (UNI) Goa Governor S C Jamir today condoled the death of renowned Indian cricketer Dilip Sardesai.

In a condolence message from Nagaland, Mr Jamir said Sardesai was a source of great inspiration to the cricketers and cricket-lovers.

''In his death, the cricket world had lost a great legendary figure,'' Mr Jamir observed while expressing his deep sorrow and grief over Sardesai's demise.
