Bareilly, July 8 (UNI) Railways India Technology and Economical Services (RITES) gets the order to supply meter-gauge engines and wagons to Mozambique.
As soon as RITES paved way for nonfunctional engines and wagons dumped at Izzatnagar rail workshops to Mozambique, Eastern Railways Izzatnagar Bareilly division was instructed for the same, official sources today told UNI.
General Manager Amitabh Sinha himself reached the division and instructed the concerned authorities to fulfill the demand within four months.
It is noted that Mozambique rail engines use air breaks, whereas here in India vaccum technology is used.
