Counselling for medical, dental seats from tomorrow

Chennai, July 8 (UNI) Counselling for medical and dental degree courses will begin tomorrow and continue till July 16.

The counselling would be done for all the seats available, including 300 seats in the colleges, which were denied recognition, official sources said today.

Sources said the admissions to those medical colleges, which were denied recognition, would be done only after the Medical Council of India (MCI) granted recognition to them.

Classes for the selected candidates would begin from August 1, the sources added.
