Chandrashekhar was a conscientious politician: Gadkari

Nagpur, July 8 (UNI) BJP Maharashtra unit President Nitin Gadkari has expressed deep sorrow over the death of former Prime minister Chandra Shekhar, describing him as a 'conscientious politician, who never compromised with his principles.' In his condolence message, Mr Gadkari said Chandra Shekhar never hankered after power and remained loyal to his ideology.

Chandra Shekhar would remain an ideal for the present generation of politicians, he added. UNI
