Prime witness in murder case killed

Panna, MP, July 7 (UNI) The prime witness in a murder case was today shot to death in broad daylight at Pawai in Madhya Pradesh's Panna district, police said.

Hathkuri village-resident Ramnarayan Rajput, prime witness in Hathkuri murder case, was standing outside a shop when he was gunned down by three motorcycle-borne assailants.

Shop owner Prahlad Bahre was injured in the incident.

On receiving information, senior police official rushed to the spot.
