One dead, twelve injured in road mishap

Shahjhanpur, July 7 (UNI) One person was killed and 12 others were injured in a collision between an Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) bus and a truck here today.

The mishap occurred near Jahanikheda area, when the roadways bus en route from Bidni to Delhi, collided with a truck.

The bus driver died on the spot, police said.

The injured were rushed to hospital, where seven are reported to be in a critical condition.
