Lecturers want Education minister to address problems of teachers

Imphal, July 7 (UNI) The Part-Time Lecturers' Association of government Colleges(PLAGC), Manipur, has urged the new Education Minister L Jayentakumar to understand the problems of the teachers and redress their grievances.

The association said the minister should try to make the Education Directorate function properly and address problmes faced by teachers in the state.

L Jayentakumar of the Congress party had been recently inducted into the Ibobi ministry during a recent reshuffle.
