Trade Technology Business Show in Kochi from Sep 27-29: Minister

Thiruvananthapuram, July 6 (UNI) Kerala Industries Minister Elamaram Kareem today told the Assembly that the state government was planning to conduct a ''Trade Technology Business Show'' at Kochi from September 27 to 29.

In a written reply to Mr M J Jacob (CPM) and others, he said the three-day show would be for the small and medium industries in the state.

Mr Kareem said industries like coir, handloom, ayurveda and ayurvedic medicinal plants, rubber and rubber products, food and agriculture processing have been included in the show.

The government would take all steps to bring maximum businessmen from foreign countries to attend the show.

With an objective to boost the business of traders and small scale industries, it also decided to conduct grand Kerala shopping festival in all district headquarters in the state, he added.
