Punjab Congress unit heads meet to discuss MC poll strategy

Chandigarh, July 6 (UNI) A meeting of the heads of frontal organisations and cells of the Punjab Pradesh Congress was held here today to chalk out the programme for coming Municipal Corporation Elections.

The meeting, presided over by PPCC president Shamsher Singh Dullo decided to appoint one General Secretary PPCC as In charge of Frontal Organizations and Cells for better Coordination for the polls being held in Five MCs was discussed.

It was also decided that Ward/Booth Committees in each of the Five Municipal Corporation will be constituted for effectively campaigning in their respective areas, Mr Raj Pal Singh General Secretary In charge Media Department of the PPCC programme said.
