India, Cambodia to sign pacts on oil, Defence cooperation
New Delhi, July 6 (UNI) Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen will arrive here on Sunday on a three-day state visit to India for talks with Indian leaders on cooperation in energy, petroleum and defence sectors.
Mr Hun Sen, who will be leading a high-level delegation, will have discussions with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday after which the two countries will sign several agreements including one on cooperation in oil and natural gas.
The delegation will include Defence Minister Tea Banh and Foreign Minister Hor Namhong.
On the same day, External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha L K Advani will call on him.
During the day, he will attend a luncheon meeting with the representatives of Indian industry.
He will call on President A P J Abdul Kalam in the evening which will be followed by delegation-level talks between the two countries and formal discussions with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
The two countries will sign agreements after the talks.
The visiting dignitary will leave for Kolkata on Tuesday from where he will fly home the next day.
