Few trains diverted, partially cancelled due to waterlogging

New Delhi, July 6 (UNI) Due to water logging in various parts of the country because of incessant rains, North Western Railway has cancelled, and curtailed the journey of few trains and diverted several others.

In an official statement, it said the 2463 Delhi Sarai Rohilla-Jodhpur/Bikaner Rajasthan Sampark Kranti Express scheduled to leave Delhi Sarai Rohilla today has been cancelled.

The 4863 Varanasi-Jodhpur Express left Varanasi yesterday and it will be terminated at Jaipur and the 4864 will originate from Jaipur instead of Jodhpur today. The 4863/4864 Express will be partially cancelled between Jaipur and Jodhpur.

The 9223 Ahmedabad-Jammu Tawi Express scheduled to leave Ahmedabad today will originate from Jodhpur instead of Ahmedabad. It will remain partially cancelled between Ahmedabad and Jodhpur.

Among those diverted are 9223 Ahmedabad-Jammu Tawi Express and its return train.

While the Jammu bound one will originate from Jodhpur today will be diverted to run via Jodhpur-Phalodi-Lalgarh-Bhatinda and its return train 9224 Jammu Tawi-Ahmedabad Express that left Jammu Tawi yesterday have been diverted today to run via Bhatinda-Rewari-Jaipur-Ajmer-Marwar Junction.

The 4888 Barmer-Kalka-Haridwar Express and its return train have been diverted to run via Raika Bagh Palace -Phalodi-Lalgarh-Bhatinda since yesterday.
