DMK's warning to cadre on coop polls

Chennai, July 6 (UNI) The ruling Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) in Tamil Nadu today warned its cadre to observe discipline while contesting the cooperative elections.

In a press relase here tonight, the party said it had been receiving reports on cadre contesting among themselves and filing nominations without consulting alliance partners.

It asked the cadre to consult the alliance parties before filing nomination papers failing which disciplinary action would be initiated against them.
