Congress Naresh Pugalia injured in mishap near Chandrapur

Nagpur, July 6 (UNI) Four people, including former Congress MP Naresh Pugalia, were seriously injured in a car-truck collision near Chandrapur in the Vidarbha region of Maharashtra.

Mr Pugalia and three others sustained serious injuries, when their car hit an oncoming truck near Chandrapur late last night while they were returning to the city after attending a meeting of workers of a private cement factory in the district, police said today.

The others injured in the mishap were former MLA Prabhakar Mamulkar, Chandrapur Municipal Council president Suresh Mahakulkar and the driver of the vehicle.

All the four were admitted to a hospital in Chandrapur.

Mr Pugalia was shifted to Nagpur and has been admitted to a private hospital, his son Rahul told UNI
