Bollywood production house enters Tamil Film industry

Mumbai, Jul 6 (UNI) Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd, a fledging Bollywood production banner, has announced its Tamil venture marking its entry into the Southern film industry.

The banner has produced Bollywood films like 'Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya', 'Golmaal' and 'Bhagam Bhag'.

The Tamil Film titled ''Chakkara Viyugam'' will be directed by Mr Maheshwaran and starcast includes actors like Nataraj, Pooja, Jaya Surya and Ramesh among others. Music of the multistarrer is composed by Karthik Raja, the company spokesperson said.

Director Imtiaz Ali's untitled movie starring Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapur, Rohit Jugrag's untitled starring Kunal Khemmu and Neetu Chandra as well as Sanjay Gadvi's multi-starrer are prominent among the Bollywood projects lined up under the banner, he added.
