Bank of Rajasthan increases NRE
Mumbai, July 6 (UNI) The Bank of Rajasthan Ltd has increased interest rates of Non-Resident (External) Rupee deposits (NRE) and Foreign Currency Non-Resident deposits (Banks) FCNR (B) with effect from July 1.
According to a bank release, the interest rates on Non-Resident (External) Rupee deposits have been increased to 5.43 per annum (p.a.) for 1 year to less than three years and 5.46 per cent p.a for 3 years and above.
The interest rate on FCNR (B) deposits in U S Dollar has been increased to 4.68 per cent p.a. for maturity of 1 year to less than three years, 4.71 per cent p.a. for three years and above but less than four years, and 4.75 p.a. for four years and above but less five years, and 4.79 per cent p.a. for five years only.
The interest rates on FCNR (B) deposits in Great Britain Pounds has been increased to 5.57 per cent p.a. for one year to less than two years, 5.55 per cent p.a. for two years and above to less than three years, 5.56 per cent p.a. for three years only.
The interest rates on FCNR (B) deposits in Euro has also been increased to 3.78 per cent p.a. for one year to less than two years, 3.96 per cent p.a. for two years and above but less than three years, 4.00 per cent for three years only.
