Bihar: 3 died after falling victim to poisonous gas

Khagaria, July 4: In a bizarre incident three people including a father and his son died and as many fell unconcious after inhaling poisonous gas from an abandoned well at Badhara village under Gogri poice station area here today.

Sub Divisional Officer(SDO) Chandrashekhar Prasad said here that one Mantu Yadav fell victim to the poisonous gas when he steppd into the abandoned well of his house to salvage something from it.

To rescue him his father Upendra Yadav along with another person stepped into the well but they also fell unconcious and died later.

Mr Prasad said three other people fell unconcious when they tried to rescue them. They were admitted to a local hospital.
