Patni Computer acquires European company
Mumbai, July 3 (UNI) Patni Computer Systems Ltd today announced that it has acquired Europe-based Logan-Orviss International (LOI), a leading independent specialist telecom consulting services company.
LOI ended a profitable year with revenues of Euro 11.8 mn last year.
The acquisition strengthens the company's capability in telecommunications and media practice, providing operators thought leadership and operational transformation consulting for mission critical IT initiatives, company said in a statement.
LOI will become the company's telecom consulting and advisory practice and will be led by Brendan Logan and Colin Orviss, the firm's co-founders.
