Call money ends low at 3.25 per cent

Mumbai, Jul 3 (UNI) Call money rates dipped low today to close at 3.25 percent compared to their previous close of 6.00 per cent.

During the day, it touched a high of 3.25 per cent and low of 1.00 per cent.

Market was flush with money and due to this reason the call rates crashed to lower levels, dealers said.

Reserve Bank of India will auction Rs 6 thousand crore this weekend.

Call rates are expected to hover around the same levels for few dyas ahead, dealers added.

Intra-bank rates traded firm throughout the day.
