Man posing as MP arrested

New Delhi, July 2 (UNI) A person posing as a Rajya Sabha member was today arrested from the CBI office in CGO Complex in South Delhi this afternoon.

Pramod Kumar Chaudhary, who hailed from Cuttack in Orissa, wanted to meet CBI Chief Vijay Shankar posing as a Parliamentarian.

He was later arrested when enquiries were made on his antecedents and taken to Lodhi Colony police station.

A case under Section 149 has been registered against him.

Sources said he was a Congress activist.
