Mahindra Farm Equipment Sector sustains high sales in June

Mumbai, Jul 2 (UNI) Utility vehicle leader Mahindra&Mahindra's Farm Equipment sector sustained its tractor sales growth in June from a high base in the corresponding month last fiscal.

M&M's Farm Equipment sector, a part of the U S Dollar 4.5 billion Mahindra Group, giant in tractors, posted volumes of 9525 as compared with 9517 in June of last fiscal.

Cumulative sales (April to June) also showed an upswing of one per cent over the same period last fiscal. The company posted sales volumes of 25232 tractors as compared with 25042 in the same period last year, a company release said here today.
