Deshmukh takes stock of rain situation in Mumbai from Seattle

Mumbai, June 30 (UNI) Maharshtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh who is on a US tour, spoke to Mumbai Municiapl Commisioner Jairaj Phatak and State Rehabilitation Comisioner Ramesh Kumar and discussed the situation arising out of the incessant rains in the metropolis and the rest of the State.

Mr Deshmukh directed authorities to leave no stone unturned to provide better services to Mumbaikars.

He also urged people to help the government officials in their work while tackling rain related problems.
