Mumbai, Jun 29 (UNI) Even after nine years of her demise, Britain's most famous and outspoken Royal Princess Diana continued to be remembered by the world as a 'Royal with a difference'.

With Diana's 46th birthday approaching on July 2, her two sons Prince William and Prince Harry will organise a ''Concert for Diana'' at London's Webley stadium to celebrate their mothers life.

The event will also witness a crowd of 90,000 devoted fans who would gather to commemorate Diana's legacy.

''We wanted to have this big concert that is full of energy, full of fun and happiness which I know she would have wanted. It's got to be the best birthday present she has ever had,'' said Prince William, her eldest son who just turned 25.

To be performed by Elton John, Joss Stone, Bryan Ferry, Lily Allen, Kanye West, Rod Stewart, James Morrison, Natasha Ledingfield, Will Young, Take That, Duran Duran, Pharrell Williams, Nelly Furtado and others, the one-time event promises to be memorable and meaningful.

''We wanted to get artists whom our mother really loved and Harry and I enjoy,'' explains William.

The special concert to be organised will be telecasted live by the Rupert Murdoch promoted Star group as a tribute to the great Royal at 0900 hours on the same date, said a Star release here.
