TTD to provide financial aid to poor veda patasalas

Tirumala, June 28 (UNI) To encourage veda students, TTD board, the highest decision making body of the world famous Tirumala temple has decided to extend financial aid to the poor veda patasalas in the state.

Addressing media, after the board meeting held here, TTD board Chairman B Karunakara Reddy said the board had decided to provide aid of Rs two lack each to the Prathya Vidya Parisha at Kamareddy in Ranga Reddy district and Veda Samskruta Patasala in Kovvur.
